Role Summary

The Business Associate - Inside Sales will help identify prospects, generate qualified opportunities, and support the sales pipeline for international markets. This role involves outreach, lead nurturing, CRM upkeep, and coordination with business development and technical sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research target markets and identify prospective international clients across sectors and regions such as the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
  • Create qualified leads through outbound email outreach, LinkedIn-based prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects within the CRM platform.
  • Learn the company’s service portfolio and clearly present the value proposition to potential customers.
  • Arrange meetings and product or service demonstrations for the Business Development Manager or Technical Sales Team.
  • Assist with RFP and RFI preparation by gathering background details and supporting initial documentation.
  • Track outreach activity and conversion performance through reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to keep messaging consistent and the client approach aligned.
  • Support proposal follow-ups, nurture leads through the sales cycle, and respond to basic client questions.
