Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work regularly with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for automation and improvement
• Compare current processes with industry-leading practices to identify gaps
• Help prepare business cases, presentation decks, and supporting documents
• Assist in defining success metrics and tracking benefits after implementation
• Record business analysis findings and coordinate stakeholder sign-offs
• Collect, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Use root-cause analysis to arrive at practical and accurate solutions
• Act as the interface between business users and project teams
• Contribute throughout the SDLC, including analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Support test planning, quality validation, and requirements verification
• Monitor project benefits and share status updates
• Highlight risks and issues early to the relevant stakeholders
• Support user acceptance testing, stakeholder walkthroughs, and review cycles
• Assist with user training and encourage adoption of new systems or processes
• Help ensure the expected business benefits are actually realized
