Business Analyst

Role overview

AAA Global is hiring a Business Analyst for its Chicago office in partnership with a leading global quantitative trading firm. The position sits in a technology-led, multi-asset trading environment with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on international markets. The role provides wide exposure to regulatory, compliance, and legal work within a fast-moving proprietary trading setup that supports APAC markets.

What you will do

• Match daily trading and broader business activity against internal records, brokers, and exchanges, then work through any mismatches to keep data accurate.
• Create and roll out automation tools that make operations more efficient and easier to scale.
• Review business results and operational data to help guide decisions and management reporting.
• Look into new business possibilities, market shifts, and industry developments that could support growth.
• Develop and sustain working relationships with exchanges, brokers, vendors, and other outside partners.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders on new initiatives, process enhancements, and expansion efforts.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a discipline with a strong analytical foundation.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel and comparable tools is expected.
• Genuine interest in exploring new opportunities and building relationships with business partners.
• Availability and flexibility to work varied hours in a global operating environment.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance and trading.
