Role overview

This opportunity is for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-duration contract assignment supporting Saviynt-related initiatives. The role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges, convert needs into workable requirements, and contribute to a smooth implementation. Success in this position calls for strong analytical ability, precise documentation, and comfort working in Agile delivery settings while supporting identity and access management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, assess, and sharpen business requirements tied to Saviynt programs, then turn them into well-defined functional specifications.
• Work closely with project groups, business partners, and technical teams to ensure the proposed solution matches operational goals.
• Evaluate current workflows to uncover process gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in identity and access management operations.
• Prepare and update detailed project documentation such as requirement packs, process diagrams, user stories, and analysis notes.
• Take part in Agile meetings and contribute to backlog grooming, prioritization, and solution review activities.
• Assist with implementation tasks by supporting testing coordination, recording results, and confirming that requirements are fully met.
• Lead stakeholder conversations to align expectations, answer open questions, and keep deliverables moving forward.
• Provide additional analytical support for evolving Saviynt-related project needs as they arise.

Required background and skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise technology or platform implementation projects.
• Practical familiarity with Saviynt or a comparable identity governance and administration platform.
• Strong aptitude for requirements elicitation, business analysis, and gap identification.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation and carefully review project materials.
• Working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices and experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills for engaging both business users and technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to customer service or call center operations is beneficial for understanding end-user support and workflow patterns.
