Role Summary

This position is an active, on-site role that brings together customer-facing work, tap room duties, and support for brewery activities. You will rotate through three main areas of work: serving in the tap room and beer garden, supporting brand activation events and merchandising, and assisting with brewery operations such as packaging, cleaning, and brewing support.

Customer Service and Tap Room Work

• Serve customers in the tap room and beer garden with a friendly, professional approach.
• Handle bartending duties and provide attentive customer care.

Brand Activations and Merchandising

• Support promotional events and brand activation activities.
• Assist with merchandising tasks as needed.

Brewery Support

• Help with packaging work and stock handling.
• Support cleaning tasks and day-to-day brewery operations.
• Assist with brewing-related activities when required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant should be a confident and approachable communicator with solid customer service skills. You should be dependable, prepared to work flexible schedules including weekends, and comfortable handling cash and POS payments accurately. A cooperative mindset and basic computer knowledge are also important. Experience in a bar, hospitality, or retail setting is helpful, though not required. Applicants must live in or near Norton.
