Role Overview

East West Tea is hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Brand Manager to join its Brand Experience team. In this position, you will partner closely with the Senior Brand Manager and work across functions to execute brand strategies and initiatives that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

This role is organized across operational, relationship, and strategic workstreams.

  • Take ownership of North America packaging initiatives, guiding projects from early concept through press check while coordinating with agencies on ingredient changes, new launches, and innovation updates.
  • Track, manage, and report on the monthly North America brand budget.
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in partnering with forecasting and sales teams to build volume projections for new product development.
  • Run recurring and ad hoc business reviews using syndicated and shipment data.
  • Translate market trends and syndicated information into actionable consumer insights.
  • Drive the product innovation workflow and help ensure milestones are completed on time.
  • Work with the Canada team on brand and market expansion planning, including assortment decisions.
  • Coordinate with Global Marketing and Content teams to support product launches, campaign development, and brand/product content.
  • Prepare presentations for executive leadership and annual sales meetings.
  • Help build and maintain stage-gate processes.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the global Yogi brand and product strategy, including the brand calendar, priorities, objectives, and budgets.
  • Support efforts to strengthen brand equity, drive volume targets, and contribute to both annual and long-term profit growth.

Experience and Qualifications
