About the Role
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Brand Concierge focused on e-commerce sales and order support. In this position, you will help shoppers move smoothly through the buying process, recover potential lost sales, and deliver a personalized, premium service that strengthens trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, works well in e-commerce settings, and knows how to turn customer interactions into revenue and repeat business.

Key Duties
- Support customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS for orders, product questions, and after-purchase needs while keeping conversion and satisfaction in focus.
- Look for opportunities to increase order value through upselling, cross-selling, and product bundles.
- Help recover abandoned carts, handle subscription-related recovery, and manage winback and retention touchpoints.
- Assist with tracking orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations when there is a chance to retain the sale.
- Deliver a concierge-style experience that reflects the brand’s tone and service standards.
- Keep customer information accurate and share useful trends and insights that can improve sales performance and the customer journey.
- Work with internal teams to apply feedback and improve conversion-focused processes.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has at least 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience, along with e-commerce exposure in areas such as upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription assistance, winbacks, post-purchase support, or bundling.
Strong persuasive communication skills are important, especially the ability to build relationships, close opportunities, and guide customers toward a purchase. At least 1 year of customer service experience through phone, email, or chat is required. Experience with Shopify, CRM systems, or customer engagement tools will be an advantage.
Technical Setup
Candidates should have a personal laptop or PC with an i5 processor or above, a reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed, and a quiet professional space suitable for handling calls.
