TITLE: Branch Head - Jaipur
DESCRIPTION:
Job purpose
This role is focused on guiding the assigned branch through strong planning, efficient resource management, and disciplined execution. The goal is to deliver the agreed business outcomes using effective sales approaches, while improving market share and strengthening brand value in a cost-conscious manner.
What you will do
- Build and execute sales plans that help the branch meet targets across agent count, productivity, new premium, and business persistency.
- Improve the output of the field team by managing people effectively and encouraging performance.
- Support high persistency levels so the branch can meet and sustain its business objectives.
- Create and maintain a financially disciplined environment within the branch to keep revenue under control.
- Drive full compliance across branch operations to ensure smooth functioning and better productivity.
- Lead sales promotion efforts to help the branch achieve its business goals.
- Share suggestions for product and process improvements that can raise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee branch administration so operations remain smooth, effective, and economical.
