About the role

Digitals AI Inc is looking for a careful and dependable Bookkeeper to support its growing finance function. In this position, you will keep financial records accurate, handle day-to-day transaction processing, and contribute to the overall financial stability of the business. The role calls for solid bookkeeping knowledge and the ability to juggle several accounting tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, track, and process financial transactions with accuracy and within required timelines.
• Keep accounts payable and accounts receivable up to date and properly reconciled.
• Carry out bank reconciliations on a routine basis.
• Maintain general ledger records and help with month-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Assist with payroll processing while following applicable regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve and simplify accounting workflows.
• Follow company financial policies, controls, and standards consistently.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a bookkeeper or in a comparable finance/accounting position.
• Working knowledge of core bookkeeping and accounting concepts.
• Hands-on experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably.
• Clear communication skills and a cooperative mindset.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is advantageous.
