Bilingual Virtual Assistant - AI Trainer

Role Overview

This position is for an experienced bilingual virtual assistant who will support the training of AI models. The work focuses on assessing chatbot reasoning, checking how well the models perform, and helping improve their responses.

What You Will Do

You will communicate with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English, review how they respond, and create new conversation examples that help the models learn more accurate and useful replies. The work requires a strong command of linguistics and the ability to judge language quality carefully.

Pay and Contract Terms

Compensation starts at $25+ USD per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay. Payment is processed through PayPal, and any currency conversion from USD is handled by PayPal. This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employee role.

Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with varied and challenging bilingual prompts.
• Assess the outputs generated by the models for accuracy and overall performance.
• Use both Arabic and English in live-style chatbot conversations.
• Write original dialogue examples that help train the system on what to say.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication ability in both languages.
• A careful, detail-focused approach to reviewing responses.
• Expert-level linguistics knowledge.
• A bachelor’s degree that is in progress, completed, or currently being pursued is preferred, but not mandatory.

Eligibility
