Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for crafting excellent coffee drinks while offering warm and authentic hospitality. The role also involves keeping the café area inviting and ensuring that each guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to the required brand and market standards.
• Keep the coffee bar and surrounding café area clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Track inventory levels and support stock handling, opening routines, and closing routines.
• Maintain steady quality and presentation across every beverage served.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has prior barista experience in a specialty coffee setting, understands espresso-based drinks and coffee preparation methods, and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. A polished appearance, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset are also important.
