About the Role
For a leading coffee brand focused on premium taste and Italian lifestyle, this position takes full ownership of the company’s internal training center in Frankfurt. The role combines strategy execution, training design, hands-on delivery, quality oversight, and cross-functional support across sales, marketing, and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, organize, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for both business customers and end consumers.
- Safeguard coffee quality and preparation standards across all training activities.
- Train in line with SCA standards.
- Support the sales team through tastings, coaching, and customer consultation.
- Equip customers to sell coffee more effectively and confidently.
- Develop sales-supporting materials and concepts such as recipes and point-of-sale content.
- Contribute to campaigns, events, and photo or video shoots.
- Create content that brings the brand to life, including material for social media.
- Help translate the brand into memorable customer touchpoints, including trade fairs and events.
- Manage and further develop the training center as an operational hub.
- Take care of equipment and the surrounding infrastructure.
- Track emerging coffee trends and new industry topics.
- Provide input for product portfolio decisions, machines, and HQ initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Several years of practical experience as a barista, along with a strong drive to pass on coffee expertise.
- SCA Barista Skills Professional certification; AST license is an advantage.
- Extensive experience delivering training sessions, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, including comfort presenting on camera.
- Independent, well-structured working style and willingness to travel.
- Excellent German and English skills.
