Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistently high standards across all bar operations.
• Lead the bar team and implement plans that help achieve departmental objectives.
• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop team members.
• Set clear performance goals for the bar team in line with hotel and department strategy.
• Coordinate and oversee hotel events to ensure excellent service delivery at all times.
• Manage the department budget and keep operations cost-effective.

Requirements

• Background in food and beverage management within a reputable hotel environment.
• Previous experience handling large conferences and events is a strong advantage.
• Proven leadership capability.
• Experience in hiring and developing staff.
• Strong attention to detail and high operating standards.
• Customer-focused approach and commitment to guest satisfaction.
