Role Overview

This position focuses on designing and managing a sustainable points-based incentive system. The role combines numerical planning, economic modeling, anti-abuse controls, and cross-functional execution to ensure the points framework remains stable, cost-effective, and easy for users to understand.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full lifecycle of a durable points ecosystem, including task logic, tier structures, reward redemption, issuance rules, earning and spending flows, recycling, validity rules, and inflation management.
  • Set the points issuance framework and maintain value stability while keeping operating costs under control.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators such as redemption behavior, inflation levels, and cost spend.
  • Design safeguards against cheating, abuse, and other misuse to keep the program healthy over the long term.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, business teams, regional groups, Risk, PR, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to create clear benefit messaging and user communication standards.
  • Ensure the points system integrates smoothly into business campaigns and activities while reducing user confusion and complaint risk.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in incentive programs, membership systems, or economic system design, ideally in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or similar sectors.
  • Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end initiatives, including building a points system from scratch and taking it through launch and implementation.
  • Strong quantitative and logical ability, with the capacity to calculate point balances, estimate costs, and model long-term inflation.
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of SQL are required.
  • Good understanding of financial products such as spot trading, futures, and wealth management, along with investor protection principles and compliance limits, especially around discouraging high-risk incentives.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with compliance, risk, product, and other core teams to keep projects moving.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for working with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Extra languages are considered an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in game numerical planning, with practical experience tuning game economy balance and system stability.
  • Experience in fintech or securities brokerage, with familiarity in cross-border compliance differences and regional regulatory requirements.
