Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is for a driven B2B Account Manager & Appointment Setter. The role centers on building and strengthening relationships with business clients, identifying and generating leads, arranging meetings and consultations, and clearly presenting Vodafone's business offerings. You will help uncover client requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure a high standard of customer care that supports overall sales goals.
Key Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and relationship management, with a track record of setting appointments, generating leads, and supporting sales closures. Hands-on experience using CRM systems and keeping customer information accurate and up to date is important. A good understanding of B2B sales, account handling, and customer journey processes is highly valued. Strong planning, organization, and deadline management skills are essential for success in a busy environment.
