Key responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR administration while keeping employee records and HR platforms accurate and up to date
Manage onboarding, exit processes, recruitment support, and employee paperwork
Act as a first point of contact for routine HR policy guidance and staff questions
Support compliance work, people initiatives, and ongoing improvement activities within HR

What the employer is looking for

Approximately 5 years of prior experience in HR generalist, HR operations, or HR coordination roles
Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and employee benefits administration
Strong planning and organisational ability, with confidence in prioritising multiple tasks
Comfort using HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and communicating effectively with varied stakeholders
