About the Role
The Team Lead for Audit will manage store-level audit activities at the Bhopal location. The role focuses on checking physical stock, identifying and resolving variances, and helping the Assistant Manager, Asset Protection uphold inventory control and store compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inventory and stock audits, review mismatches, and correct counts to keep records accurate.
- Prepare and track daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports, while monitoring audit progress as per AM-AP direction.
- Lead, coach, and retain high-potential team members, including AP and Audit associates, to strengthen ownership and accountability.
- Build effective working relationships with all departments at the Bhopal club and support clear communication across the store.
- Protect sensitive business and inventory information by maintaining strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in inventory auditing within retail or FMCG environments.
- Good understanding of shrink control and stock-loss prevention methods.
- Proven ability to guide a team in a fast-moving warehouse or Best Price store setting.
Compensation
The role offers a maximum in-hand CTC of up to ₹30,000 per month.
