This contract position supports customers in resolving issues related to non-compliance with tenancy or contractual obligations. The role focuses on helping parties address breaches in a timely and professional manner while maintaining strong customer service standards.
Key work areas
- Monitor timelines tied to breach rectification and keep track of required deadlines.
- Reach out to companies with reminders to correct identified breaches.
- Respond to customer questions, requests, and feedback.
- Assess situations and propose deadline extensions or alternative solutions where appropriate.
