Role Overview

Park Ri Kells is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Supermac's/Papa John's operation in Kells, County Meath. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone with a strong background in hospitality or quick-service food service, along with a hands-on leadership style.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
• Oversee team activity each day and make sure tasks are completed to the expected standard.
• Keep the customer and the wider team at the centre of every decision and action.
• Take an active, lead-from-the-front approach while supporting team development.
• Train staff across all areas of Supermac's restaurant operations.
• Help coordinate in-store sales activity and promotional campaigns.
• Support the Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, training, development, daily operations, food safety, and employee relations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in catering, hospitality, or quick-service food. Strong people management, organisation, communication, and planning abilities are important. You should be genuinely customer-focused, energetic, innovative, and comfortable working in a highly visible, professional role. A solid understanding of food safety and HACCP is required.

Working Pattern

This role requires flexibility to work a combination of day shifts, evening shifts, and weekends.
