Role Overview

This position combines recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and reporting responsibilities. The selected professional will support hiring, manage employee records and HR processes, coordinate engagement activities, and prepare operational reports while working from the Bangalore office in the US shift.

Recruitment Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full hiring cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to closure.
  • Identify and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders while ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
  • Handle offer rollout, candidate follow-up, onboarding coordination, and background verification.
  • Keep candidate and recruitment information updated accurately in the ATS.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of talent to meet current and future hiring needs.

HR Operations Responsibilities

  • Track attendance, leave, and timesheet records using the Keka HRMS platform.
  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation in line with company rules and statutory requirements.
  • Support employee life cycle activities such as joining, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Manage employee communication and HR-related correspondence as needed.

Employee Engagement Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and refresh the employee engagement calendar on a regular basis.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute engagement programs and events.
  • Support engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, team-building sessions, celebrations, and wellness activities.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace environment through creative and employee-focused initiatives.

Reporting Responsibilities

  • Prepare recruitment, HR operations, and workforce reports as required.
  • Ensure HR data is maintained correctly and reports are submitted within the required timelines.
  • Provide useful insights to management through HR dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting.
  • Assist decision-making by analyzing data and presenting findings clearly.

Work Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bangalore. The shift follows US business hours, from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday.

Additional Information

Experience in offshore or international hiring will be considered an advantage. Candidates should be comfortable working from the Bangalore office and operating in a US shift environment.
