Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Study competitor offerings, including products, pricing, and service models.
  • Review event schedules and identify possible clashes or operational risks ahead of time.
  • Work with all groups and departments that may affect property operations during events.
  • Help supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of meeting rooms and related back-of-house areas.

  • Create a service environment that consistently meets or exceeds guest expectations.
  • Meet with customers to understand event goals and operational requirements.
