Role Summary
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is looking for an Assistant Manager in Corporate Communication to steer digital communication efforts across the organization and eight airports in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This role focuses on strengthening brand presence, shaping leadership messaging, and supporting integrated communication initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a digital communication plan that supports the company’s business goals and brand direction across AAHL and its eight airports.
- Oversee social media planning and execution, including editorial calendars and campaign rollouts.
- Develop impactful brand stories, digital assets, and communication content for leadership.
- Lead digital outreach initiatives and work with external agencies to improve brand recall, employer branding, and audience engagement.
- Partner with internal teams and outside agencies to deliver coordinated, integrated campaigns.
- Track budgets carefully and make sure spending is controlled, compliant, and well-governed.
- Assist with media outreach, public relations activity, and reputation-building efforts.
- Review digital campaign data and performance insights to fine-tune communication plans.
- Maintain a uniform brand voice, look, and message across all communication channels.
Technical Competencies
- Hands-on experience with social media channels and management platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Sprinklr.
- Good working knowledge of digital analytics tools, including Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards.
- Practical experience using design applications such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and content presentation.
- Experience with content scheduling, publishing systems, CMS platforms, and agency coordination.
- Familiarity with media tracking and social listening tools.

- Solid command over social media and digital communication planning.
- Comfort with combining creative ideas and data-based decision-making.
- Exposure to branding, employer branding, and campaign delivery.

Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or digital-focused roles.
- A background in marketing, design, or media is preferred.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment or a large organization is preferred; aviation or infrastructure exposure would be an advantage.
- MBA, PGDM, or an equivalent qualification in Communications or Marketing.
