What the role involves

  • Show initiative and commercial awareness as a specialist within the retail artistry environment.
  • Lead through example by consistently delivering excellent customer service and a memorable customer experience.
  • Coach team members and provide constructive feedback so that service and artistry standards remain high.
  • Look for ways to continue customer engagement after the in-store visit, including building the customer database for direct marketing.
  • Put in place personal and team development plans, and run regular reviews that encourage open feedback and coaching.
  • Build a supportive and positive team atmosphere through team meetings and a collaborative leadership style, while recognising achievements.
  • Suggest and support plans, events, and other activities that help unlock commercial growth.
  • Keep visual merchandising, counter presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene to excellent standards.
  • Maintain impeccable grooming standards and encourage the team to feel confident and polished.
