Job Overview
This position is responsible for driving revenue for the company’s HRMS offerings and related products and services through both direct and channel sales. The role also involves supporting lead generation and marketing coordination to help sustain profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes managing sales activities for HRMS products and services, developing and executing strategies to grow sales and channel partnerships, and working closely with the marketing team to strengthen lead generation efforts. It also requires planning initiatives that support both immediate and long-term improvements in sales performance and earnings.
