Key Responsibilities
- Place follow-up calls to insurance carriers regarding unpaid or pending claims.
- Examine claims carefully to identify errors and ensure they are resolved on time.
- Work through billing-related concerns and drive payment recovery for outstanding claims.
- Keep complete and accurate records of all call interactions according to internal procedures.
- Meet set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for call activity and collections.
- Coordinate with teammates to handle difficult cases and improve overall workflow.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in AR calling within the US healthcare domain.
- Must have experience in physician billing and end-to-end revenue cycle management.
- Good understanding of accounts receivable and claims processing workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication along with negotiation capability.
- Comfort with billing applications and electronic health record systems.
- Ability to perform effectively in a night shift setup and work to deadlines.
- Detail-focused, organized, and capable of analyzing information accurately.
- Any graduation is acceptable.
- Strong English fluency in both speaking and writing is required.
