Role Overview
This opening is for an Applied Scientist role at the fresher level, based in Bangalore. The position is full-time and on-site, with immediate joining expected.
What You Will Do
- Design new algorithms and modeling approaches for language and vision-based technologies.
- Contribute to progress in speech recognition, machine translation, natural language understanding, text-to-speech, dialogue systems, and computer vision.
- Work with large-scale compute environments and varied datasets such as speech, text, and structured information.
- Help build AI/ML systems that are scalable, efficient, and capable of serving millions of users.
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants should be Computer Science Engineering students. The role is open to candidates with no prior work experience.
- Hands-on exposure to machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or similar applied areas.
- Strong programming ability in at least one language, or a solid grasp of LLM basics, including training and inference workflows as well as optimization of model execution.
- Familiarity with distributed data/compute systems such as Spark and Hadoop.
- Publications in leading AI/ML conferences or journals such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or ICASSP.
Compensation and Other Details
