About the Company
Glittery Craft is a long-running Amazon FBA brand that offers party supplies, craft kits, and productivity products across several Amazon marketplaces, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and Mexico.
The business is looking for a highly organized operations professional who can act as the central point of coordination for suppliers, freight partners, Amazon, and internal management.
Role Summary
This position focuses on keeping products available, maintaining accurate inventory forecasts, building and monitoring shipments, handling supplier coordination, and resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently.
The role suits someone with solid Amazon FBA experience who enjoys managing complex workflows and addressing problems proactively.
Key Responsibilities
- Track stock levels across all Amazon marketplaces and flag replenishment needs early.
- Estimate future inventory demand using sales patterns and seasonal trends.
- Build monthly replenishment plans and highlight the risk of stock-outs or overstock.
- Coordinate directly with manufacturers in China, including delivery timelines and production progress.
- Maintain purchase order tracking from placement through final delivery.
- Manage supplier communication and help source new products by requesting quotes.
- Work with freight forwarders to arrange shipping and create Amazon FBA shipment plans.
- Follow shipments from the factory to Amazon fulfillment centers and resolve delays or logistics issues.
- Handle routine Amazon Seller Central tasks, monitor account health, and manage support cases.
- Address stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and compliance notices.
- Support product launches and inventory transfers.
- Prepare weekly KPI updates covering sales, inventory, stock coverage, advertising at a high level, and forecast accuracy.
- Spot operational risks and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Document standard operating procedures and suggest workflow automation or process improvements.
- Support management with broader strategic growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands-on Amazon FBA operations experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Practical experience with forecasting, replenishment, and FBA shipment creation.
- Familiarity with Amazon account health requirements and multi-marketplace operations is preferred.
- Experience dealing with suppliers in China and coordinating with freight forwarders.
- Understanding of international shipping and customs procedures.
- Background in purchase order management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and reporting ability.
- Experience with Amazon-related software and inventory management tools is preferred.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong organization, multitasking, and independent work habits.

Extra value is given to candidates who have worked with Amazon marketplaces in the US, UK, and EU, and who are familiar with 1688 sourcing, Alibaba sourcing, WeChat supplier communication, Amazon PPC reporting, Helium 10, Sellerboard, InventoryLab, SoStocked, EVA, and Jungle Scout.
Additional Information
This is a part-time remote opportunity. The preferred location is the Philippines.
