About the Role
Brilliant Brains is an AI-driven digital marketing agency that creates automated growth systems for brands. The team focuses on using artificial intelligence to streamline lead generation, sales, operations, customer support, and broader business workflows. This position is for an AI Automation Expert who can replace repetitive manual work with smart, scalable AI-led systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents that support sales, customer support, and operational use cases.
- Set up automations for WhatsApp, voice-based AI interactions, and chatbots.
- Build workflow automations with tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, and API-based integrations.
- Connect CRM platforms, Meta Leads, Google Ads, Shopify, and other business applications.
- Design AI-assisted systems for lead nurturing, follow-ups, dashboards, and reporting.
- Create automations that improve business processes and reduce manual effort.
- Work with large language models and AI APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
- Spot automation opportunities across client businesses and turn them into working solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Make.com, n8n, and Zapier.
- Working knowledge of OpenAI APIs and other AI service integrations.
- Experience building AI agents and using prompt engineering effectively.
- Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and CRM automation flows.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation and Google Sheets/data workflows.
- Basic Python knowledge is preferred.
Bonus Experience
- Experience with AI voice calling systems.
- Exposure to RAG and knowledge base solutions.
- Familiarity with vector databases.
- Knowledge of LangChain, CrewAI, or other agentic workflow frameworks.
- Experience automating Shopify or e-commerce processes.
