Role Overview

The Admissions Representative will be a key part of the admissions team, helping attract and enroll students who are looking for a meaningful educational path. This role focuses on guiding prospects through each stage of the admissions journey, sharing program details, and supporting informed enrollment decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main contact for prospective students and their families, delivering a high level of service during the admissions process.
  • Interview candidates by phone and through MS Teams to assess fit and eligibility for available programs.
  • Lead engaging in-person campus tours that showcase the campus environment, support services, and program strengths.
  • Review applications, transcripts, and supporting documentation to confirm admission eligibility.
  • Explain program structure, entry requirements, curriculum, tuition, financial assistance options, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Partner with departments such as financial aid and academic advising to keep the admissions experience smooth and coordinated.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to answer questions, share additional details, and support enrollment conversion.
  • Represent the college at fairs, community events, and high school outreach visits to generate interest and connect with future students.
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in education policy so student questions can be handled accurately.
