Role Overview

National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) is seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join its Organisation Development (OD) team in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting employee engagement programmes, staff events, and the team’s everyday administrative work. Event Coordination and Logistics

  • Assist in planning and running internal staff events, workshops, and engagement activities.
