Key Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
  • Carry out financial processing and maintain accurate data records.
  • Assist with credit claim processing for items that are faulty or damaged.
  • Reconcile and balance the day’s banking.
  • Support the training, onboarding, and upskilling of team members as the new operating system is introduced.
  • Provide help with customer account matters while system changes are being implemented.
