Role Overview

Rowan University’s International Studies program is looking for part-time adjunct instructors to teach intermediate and advanced special topics courses in International Studies.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or Ph.D. in International Studies, International Relations, International Affairs, or a closely aligned discipline. Prior experience teaching online is preferred.

Compensation and Teaching Load

In line with New Jersey pay transparency requirements and the current MOA, adjunct faculty are paid at a minimum rate of $2,225 per credit. The maximum teaching assignment is 8 credits in one semester and 12 credits across an academic year.

Teaching assignments are made by the College and Department as needed.
