About the Role
SELECTED is partnering with a leading global technology firm to recruit an Account Manager for their Abu Dhabi office. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management, who thrives in dynamic commercial settings and excels at fostering enduring client partnerships.
Responsibilities
The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a client portfolio within the UAE. Key duties include nurturing client relationships, ensuring client retention, and identifying avenues for business expansion. The role involves proactive engagement to maximize client value and satisfaction.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or client relationship management.
- Proven experience within the technology, SaaS, IT, or digital solutions sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication abilities.
- A proactive and motivated attitude with a desire for career advancement.
- Passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
