About the internship
This role is suited for someone who enjoys helping users, resolving issues, and learning how income tax filing works in a practical environment. As an ITR Filing Support Intern at ClearTax, you will assist customers using the platform, respond to queries, and contribute to a smooth support experience for individuals and businesses.
What you will do
- Answer customer questions promptly and accurately through email, phone, and chat.
- Guide users while they use the ClearTax platform and help them work through technical problems.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team to deliver a consistent and seamless service experience.
- Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues in a courteous, efficient, and professional way.
- Record customer conversations and feedback so the team can improve products and services.
- Take part in training sessions to build knowledge of income tax rules and compliance basics.
- Support additional tasks, special projects, and team initiatives as needed.

Eligibility

Compensation and perks
The stipend is INR 25,000 per month. The pay includes fixed compensation of ₹20,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹5,000 per month.
