About the Internship

This in-office internship is focused on business strategy and market understanding for a growing NBFC. The selected intern will support research and analysis related to financing opportunities in dairy and family-run businesses across Jaipur and nearby tier 3 and tier 4 towns.

About the Company

Finodaya Capital Private Limited is an emerging non-banking financial company built by three experienced leaders from a major private sector bank. The company works to provide loans to micro and small enterprises across India with the goal of strengthening and empowering them.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine the dairy value chain in and around Jaipur, covering both organized and unorganized segments, to identify financing possibilities for an NBFC.
• Study how conventional family businesses are connected in tier 3 and tier 4 towns, assess the strength of those relationships, and determine where financing demand and opportunity may exist.

Eligibility

This internship is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin between 27 June 2026 and 1 August 2026, can commit to a 1-month duration, and have relevant interests and skills.

Other Requirements

• The applicant should be currently pursuing an MBA or should have recently completed one.
• Willingness to travel to nearby locations for meeting prospective customers is required.
• This role offers a strong learning environment with the chance to work closely with experienced leaders and contribute to the early development of a new NBFC.

Stipend

The internship provides a monthly stipend in the range of INR 8,000 to 12,000.
