About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment by working remotely. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals. You will also screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates, conduct initial telephonic interviews, coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Interns will learn advanced recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, applicant tracking system (ATS) tools, and best practices in engaging candidates. Collaboration with the recruitment team to fill open roles efficiently and meeting weekly and monthly hiring targets will be key aspects of this role. Performance-based stipend incentives are offered, rewarding those who achieve or exceed hiring goals.
