About the Role

This internship offers an immersive experience in managing all facets of projects within a dynamic software development company. Selected interns will engage closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project flow from planning through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate project management tasks, resources, equipment, and data.
• Decompose complex projects into manageable steps and establish timelines.
• Facilitate communication with clients to gather and clarify project requirements, goals, and boundaries.
• Assign and oversee tasks among internal teams while supporting schedule adherence.
• Continuously align project deliverables with client expectations throughout development.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial oversight for projects.
• Evaluate potential risks and identify growth opportunities within projects.
• Manage procurement activities related to projects ensuring timely acquisitions.
• Track progress and resolve any challenges that emerge during project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for all project participants, providing regular status updates.
• Collaborate with project managers to remove obstacles and streamline processes.
• Utilize tools to monitor work hours, plans, and expenditures effectively.
• Prepare and issue all necessary legal documents including contracts and agreements.
• Maintain detailed documentation, plans, and reports to ensure transparency.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to confirm that standards and requirements are fulfilled.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a remote internship starting between August 1 and September 5, 2026, and commit to the full six-month duration. Candidates should have the relevant skills and a keen interest in project management. Fresh graduates seeking professional growth are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

A monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to 10,000 is offered during the internship. Upon successful conversion to a permanent position, the anticipated annual salary is between INR 200,000 and 250,000.

Additional Details

• The internship requires approximately 8-9 working hours per day.
• Participants must have access to a personal laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
• The internship period is fixed at six months and cannot be shortened.
