Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other platforms to identify prospective candidates.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist applicants matching job specifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide ongoing follow-up communication with candidates during the recruitment process.
- Maintain organized databases of candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Assist with hiring requirements spanning various industry sectors.
- Learn contemporary recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and techniques to engage candidates effectively.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors to ensure openings are filled efficiently.

Internship Details and Benefits
- Unpaid internship with performance-based stipends awarded based on the number of successful hires: 0-4 hires earn no stipend, 5-8 hires earn INR 3000, 9-12 hires INR 5000, 13-15 hires INR 7500, and 16 or more hires INR 10000 plus awards for best performers.
