About the internship
This fashion design internship at Bharath Group offers hands-on exposure to the creative and operational side of the fashion industry. The selected intern will work closely with an active design team and gain practical experience across design development, styling, merchandising, and production support.
What you will do
- Create sketches and concept designs for upcoming collections.
- Work with the design team to build mood boards and define color directions.
- Assist in identifying and sourcing fabrics and other production materials.
- Support fitting sessions and carry out garment alterations where needed.
- Contribute to styling work for fashion shoots and events.
- Track fashion trends and carry out market research to support product development.
- Help manage samples and keep the showroom organised.

Requirements

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 11,000 to 14,000. The pay structure includes a fixed component of INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month plus an incentive component of INR 1,000 to 2,000 per month.
