Karuna is a quick-commerce caregiving platform that helps people book support on demand. It connects customers with trained caregivers for senior care, mother-and-baby care, recovery support, and companionship, with professionals available in as little as 10 minutes.
Role overview
This remote internship focuses on end-to-end brand and marketing execution. The intern will help shape content, manage social media presence, support paid campaigns, and contribute to both online and offline promotional activity while working within Karuna’s brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and manage Instagram content, including the editorial calendar, captions, visuals, reels, and stories.
- Run lead-generation campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and review CPL and conversion performance on a weekly basis.
- Design promotional material for society notices, WhatsApp broadcasts, and digital advertisements in line with brand guidelines.
- Draft copy for consumer-facing communication across ads, service descriptions, WhatsApp messages, and flyers.
- Support offline activation work in pilot housing societies through RWA notice boards, resident outreach, and flyer distribution.
- Help strengthen brand visibility across channels by taking ownership of content from planning through execution.
Eligibility
Applications are open only to candidates who can work remotely, are able to begin between 15 June 2026 and 20 July 2026, and can commit to the full 3-month duration. Other requirements
- Prior exposure to startups, healthcare, or other consumer-facing businesses is preferred.

Compensation and perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 8,000 to 30,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹6,000 to ₹25,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹2,000 to ₹5,000 per month. Additional perks include a letter of recommendation and the possibility of a job offer after successful conversion to a permanent role, with an expected salary range of ₹5,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per year.
