Job Overview

This is a confidential hiring assignment for a cross-border logistics company in Dubai. The position is responsible for running an overseas warehouse end to end, improving site performance, standardizing daily operations, and delivering strong service quality and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete execution of an overseas warehouse project in line with warehouse operating standards and customer expectations, while taking full ownership of operational quality and delivery outcomes.
• Lead lean operations initiatives, process improvements, and cost-control efforts to raise labor productivity, improve equipment effectiveness, and maximize warehouse space usage.
• Review core warehouse and logistics workflows to find bottlenecks, then design practical improvement plans that strengthen on-site execution.
• Create standardized warehouse SOPs, guide the on-site team, and provide training that improves capability and day-to-day efficiency.

Requirements

• Hands-on overseas warehouse management experience with a demonstrated record of leading full-site operations.
• Strong background in lean management, process optimization, and cost reduction, with a data-based approach to operational improvement.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability and the confidence to identify operational issues independently and close them out through effective improvement actions.
• Fluency in business English for communication with clients and internal teams.
• Experience preparing operating standards and conducting team training, along with the ability to manage multicultural on-site teams.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with experience in telecom high-tech, automotive spare parts, or furniture and home appliances supply chains are especially preferred. Experience in FMCG and beauty consumer goods is considered less relevant for this opening.
