Role overview
Our client is a fast-growing engineering and project services business seeking a Tender Coordinator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is central to the tender lifecycle and focuses on keeping documents controlled, stakeholders aligned, and submissions delivered on time.
You will work closely with internal teams to make sure tender packs are complete, compliant, and submitted within the required deadlines.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual package of $100,000 to $120,000, plus superannuation
- Permanent full-time employment

Key duties
- Manage the tender process from initial receipt through to final submission
- Assess tender documents to identify requirements, due dates, and deliverables
- Draft, assemble, and format tender responses while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Oversee document control tasks such as version tracking, document registers, and file management
- Gather and coordinate input from internal stakeholders
- Keep tender registers, databases, and document systems up to date
- Assist with tender reviews, kick-off sessions, and submission preparation
- Monitor tender opportunities and ensure milestones and deadlines are met
- Preserve accurate and confidential records throughout the tender process
Candidate profile
- Background in tender coordination, bid coordination, document control, contracts administration, or a comparable role
- Well-developed document handling and administrative capability
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to strict timeframes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, or industrial settings will be an advantage
