About the Role
This position is for a telemarketing professional working for a real estate developer/client in Chennai. The role is based in Mylapore and involves handling customer outreach, sales conversations, and follow-ups over the phone.
Work Details
- Location: Mylapore, Chennai
- Work timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly off: Rotational
- Gender preference: Female candidates
- Experience needed: 1 to 3 years
Compensation
The salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to INR 24,000 per month, along with incentives linked to performance. The posted annual compensation range is INR 2,25,000 to INR 2,75,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective and current customers to share information about products or services, preferably with real estate knowledge.
- Respond to customer queries and explain company or product details clearly.
- Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and move the conversation toward a sale.
- Promote additional products or services that may benefit the client.
- Maintain and update customer records, including changes to address and phone number.
- Send follow-up emails after calls whenever needed.
