Team Lead QA Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in quality assurance and the ability to guide a testing team. This role focuses on maintaining product quality across manual, mobile, API, and functional testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

The selected professional will coordinate QA efforts, direct testing activities, and support the team through the full defect and validation cycle. The role involves planning, executing, and tracking tests while ensuring quality standards are consistently met.

Core Experience

The ideal candidate should bring solid exposure to manual testing approaches and methodologies, along with practical experience in mobile application testing and API testing. Prior experience in leading QA teams and overseeing testing operations is essential.

Process Knowledge

A strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle management, and overall quality processes is required. The candidate should also be comfortable handling test planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking.

Testing Coverage

This position requires experience across functional, regression, integration, system, and retesting activities, with the ability to maintain thorough test coverage and quality focus throughout the release cycle.

Technical Requirements

Working knowledge of SQL commands is needed to support validation and testing tasks.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization, a B.Sc in any specialization, or a B.C.A. in any specialization.

Compensation

The offered salary is INR 12,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.
