About the Role
This position is part of a global demand-generation organization that supports B2B companies with audience, buyer, and account engagement solutions. Its learning unit develops internal and external digital education experiences that are practical, business-focused, and designed to drive measurable results. The team works across more than 60 countries and has been recognized with multiple industry awards.
As the Team Lead, Learning and Development, you will help coordinate a collaborative instructional design function, work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure learning projects move forward smoothly from planning through approval and launch. The role suits someone who is structured, communicative, and comfortable turning priorities into clear actions.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning design initiatives with instructional designers so timelines, assignments, and deliverables stay on track while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
- Convert project plans into actionable task lists and monitor progress across the team.
- Act as the main liaison for internal teams and stakeholders, helping align expectations and maintain clear communication throughout each project.
- Track review and approval progress and follow up proactively to prevent delays.
- Support people-management activities such as allocating work based on capability, monitoring workload, and raising risks or bottlenecks when necessary.
- Handle a small set of e-learning projects independently in an instructional design capacity.
- Assist with broader communications, including launch planning and the creation of clear, engaging messaging for internal and client-facing audiences.
- Suggest and implement process improvements that strengthen collaboration and help the academy scale more effectively.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a mid- to senior-level instructional design or comparable learning and development role.
- At least 1 year of experience in team coordination, leadership, or project management within learning or a related domain.
- Strong comfort with AI tools; experience building custom GPTs and rolling out scalable solutions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, including experience supporting change within teams.
- Proven stakeholder-management skills and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
- Strong organizational habits, proactive working style, and close attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt plans when priorities shift.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to keep work moving while supporting teammates.
- Excellent spoken and written English.

Hiring Process
