The position supports operations across manufacturing partners, third-party fulfillment centers, freight carriers, and internal teams to keep inventory flowing and shipments on track for direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. PST alignment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities

- Assess shipping needs, transit timing, carrier choices, and related documentation/compliance requirements.
- Track shipment progress, address carrier issues, and keep internal teams informed proactively.
- Coordinate event shipping, return movements, and special handling needs.
- Manage inventory replenishment requests and warehouse work orders across locations.
- Compare stock levels against demand and help balance inventory between East and West fulfillment centers.
- Work through order problems, backorders, and fulfillment challenges with AMS.
- Support inbound inventory receipts from contract manufacturers and participate in demand-planning discussions.
- Coordinate inventory movement between contract manufacturing partners (Allure, PakLab) and AMS fulfillment centers.
- Monitor production status, follow up on purchase orders, and maintain visibility into production schedules.
- Handle manufacturing paperwork such as packing lists, SKU setup, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate inbound packaging from global suppliers and outbound finished goods shipments.
- Perform PO reconciliation, receipt validation, and PO closure across supply chain systems.
- Own replenishment logistics for Amazon and Healf, including shipment creation and routing decisions.
- Manage shipment workflows in Amazon Seller Central and the Healf platform.
- Place orders and coordinate shipment execution with AMS while tracking deliveries through completion.
- Work across operational tools and maintain accurate data for production, shipments, inventory movement, and receiving.
- Support implementation efforts and operational alignment across supply chain platforms as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination, ideally within a DTC or consumer goods environment.
- Practical experience handling domestic and international freight, third-party logistics partners, and contract manufacturing coordination.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central replenishment processes.
- Comfort using supply chain and logistics systems such as Flexport, Asana, Shopify, OrderDesk, and EchoShip; exposure to similar tools is beneficial.
- Strong accuracy and the ability to juggle several active workstreams at once.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, manufacturing, and fulfillment teams.
