Role Overview
The Stylist acts as a trusted product advisor, helping customers choose items that reflect their style, needs, and daily lifestyle. This role supports shoppers in discovering how to wear Kate Spade pieces in ways that complement their existing wardrobe, while also guiding them toward complete, polished looks.
What You Will Do
- Welcome customers in a warm, confident manner and demonstrate strong product knowledge.
- Listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover customer preferences and needs.
- Offer styling guidance, recommend complementary items, and build complete outfit suggestions.
- Use creativity to show different ways products can be worn and inspire customers to try new looks.
- Support buying decisions and help deliver a smooth, efficient checkout experience.
- Reinforce customer confidence in their choices and encourage return visits.
- Help drive sales through strong customer relationships and effective brand storytelling.
- Build detailed knowledge of the brand and the features of products across all categories.
- Maintain strong store operations, including stockroom order and accurate POS transactions.
- Share and receive feedback in a direct, constructive, and professional way.
Requirements
- Professional selling ability, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, stay organized, and collaborate well with a team.
- Comfort with social media and a willingness to learn omni-channel and virtual selling methods.
- Good English skills, or local language proficiency depending on the market.
- Availability for a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, peak seasons, busy retail periods, and public holidays.

Compensation
The base range for the full-time equivalent role is £26,325.00 to £28,000.00. Since this is a part-time position, pay will be adjusted proportionately according to contracted hours. Final compensation will be set using objective, job-related criteria.
