About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time store management position in Westport, County Mayo, Ireland, with a 40-hour working week. The role reports to the Area Manager and offers a starting salary from €36,963 per year.

What the Role Involves
You will lead a store in a fast-moving retail environment, balancing commercial priorities with the company’s values. The position suits someone who enjoys retail, understands the brand and its customers, and is motivated by developing both people and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a visible ambassador for the brand by setting the standard for culture, behaviour, and customer focus within the store.
- Deliver consistently strong customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Own store performance by using data to guide decisions, spot opportunities, and improve results.
- Coach, develop, and support team members so they can grow and perform at their best.
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, product presentation, and stock organisation.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including stock control, security, health and safety, compliance, and overall profitability.
- Build connections with local businesses and community groups to support the brand’s wider purpose.
Experience and Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have retail management experience and a history of improving commercial outcomes. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to excellent customer service. The role also requires confidence with data-led decision-making, visual merchandising, stock management, and working effectively under pressure in a changing environment.

Reporting and Relationships
This role reports to the Area Manager. You will work closely with internal teams including Regional, HR, Visual Merchandising, Stock Control, and Marketing, and also build relationships with customers and local community partners.
Accountability
You will be responsible for store team performance and development, the store budget and financial targets, stock control and loss prevention, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
