What You'll Do
As a Store Crew member, you will handle day-to-day store operations such as payments, fuel-related transactions, shelf stocking, and cleaning. In some foodservice-focused stores, you may also prepare food and follow food safety standards. The job also includes customer interaction and working closely with teammates in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Process customer purchases and manage cash accurately.
- Handle fuel transactions where required.
- Keep shelves, displays, and store areas stocked and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and help keep the store ready for customers.
- Prepare food and beverages in foodservice roles, including coffee.
- Follow food handling and health-code requirements.
- Deliver friendly service and support loyalty and rewards programs.
- Work through multiple tasks while standing, bending, and reaching as needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is helpful but not mandatory. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing great service are key. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready.
- Comfort with cash handling and routine retail transactions.
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene practices.
- Capability to multitask in an active store environment.
- Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
