About the Role
This senior enterprise sales position is focused on accelerating revenue through new business wins and expansion across selected industries and markets. The job calls for strong understanding of logistics and supply chain needs, the ability to craft tailored solutions, and confidence in building senior-level relationships inside large organizations. You will also help define the market approach, shape high-value client proposals, and develop a scalable business development function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly and quarterly revenue targets by winning new customers and growing existing enterprise accounts within logistics and supply chain.
- Identify, engage, and close large B2B clients with complex freight, warehousing, and distribution requirements across sectors such as retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
- Expand business presence into new regions by studying competitors, mapping demand, and adapting solutions to local market needs.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing BD team while putting repeatable processes in place for lead generation, funnel management, and account growth.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Pricing, and Finance to build proposals, pilot programs, and commercial structures that win business.
- Track pipeline health, forecast revenue, measure sales performance, and present progress and strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Support client onboarding, maintain ongoing engagement, and identify opportunities to sell additional services such as reverse logistics, express delivery, and other value-added offerings.
Preferred Background
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in logistics, LTL/FTL, freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain technology.
- Proven ability to close complex enterprise deals in areas such as contract logistics, transportation management, and integrated logistics services.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including LTL, FTL, warehousing, distribution networks, and logistics technology platforms.
- A commercial, analytical, and solution-focused approach to sales.
